Fair adjustments
We organize refunds around the type of product you bought and how much of it you have already consumed. The goal is to respect consumer protection statutes while acknowledging that digital education cannot always be "un-read."
If you reside where mandatory cooling-off periods apply to distance contracts, those rights remain available notwithstanding anything else here. Where law requires us to furnish a model withdrawal form, we supply it upon purchase or on request.
Some jurisdictions exclude bespoke consulting blocks or personalized deliverables once work has begun with your written approval; we note those thresholds individually in order summaries.
Recorded modules, PDF workbooks, and template packs are treated as licensed content. You may request a refund within fourteen calendar days of purchase if you have accessed fewer than twenty percent of deliverables measured by file opens or stream minutes as logged by our platform.
Free supplemental videos or social snippets we publish without charge are non-refundable by definition but may be withdrawn or archived with notice.
Withdrawal before the first scheduled live session entitles you to a refund of amounts paid minus non-refundable payment processor fees we cannot claw back. After the opening session, refund requests are evaluated case-by-case; we consider compassionate circumstances such as bereavement or relocation but cannot guarantee partial credits.
If we cancel an entire cohort due to low enrollment or instructor emergency, you receive a full refund or the option to transfer enrollment to a future cohort with any price difference reconciled.
Prepaid retainers may be refunded on a pro-rata basis for unused hours for thirty days from payment, unless a signed statement of work specifies a non-refundable deposit for calendar holds. Hours already delivered or rescheduled twice at your request are considered consumed.
No-show appointments without twenty-four-hour notice may forfeit that hour according to the written scheduling policy attached to your intake email.
Promotional bundles refund as a single unit—if you keep one element, we may recalculate pricing to the then-current a la carte rate before issuing a partial refund. Scholarships reduce eligible refund amounts proportionally.
Approved refunds return to the original payment instrument when technically feasible. Card networks typically take five to ten business days to display credits; international wires may take longer. We do not send cash equivalents by mail.
Reach out to us before initiating a chargeback whenever possible. Chargebacks freeze accounts and slow resolution for everyone involved. If a chargeback is filed without good-faith contact, we may decline future purchases until balances are squared.
The hero date reflects the latest substantive review. Purchases made before a revision remain governed by the policy text available at checkout unless required notifications specify otherwise.
